Dxo photolab elite 45/13/2023 ![]() If you have used DxO PhotoLab Elite 5, then you are already familiar with >95% of the functionalities of DxO PhotoLab Elite 6. I guess if I just dive in, I'll learn osmotically. I don't know why DXO mystifies me so much. So if I understand you correctly, PL6 should be comprehensive enough, and include at least as much as Photo Raw? ![]() ![]() ![]() For $69, I'm ok with the upgrade as I'm committing myself to use it. I have PL5 but literally have never used it. PL can do everything PureRaw can do and much more. And the reason is, you don’t need it if you use PL Elite as PureRaw is a small subset of features from PL. PureRaw is a separate product for Lightroom/Photoshop users and you do NOT get the PureRaw plug-in for LR/Photoshop if you buy Photolab Elite. Would look into how PL works as a Lightroom developer if that’s your intent, as I use it standalone so not sure how that works.ĭefinitely PL includes DeepPrime among many other adjustments. ![]() Have not used PR personally, but my understanding is PL does everything PR does and a lot more. So am I to understand that DXO Elite 6 is essentially fully comprehensive? I swear it's like a different language. This confuses me a bit, because when I asked DXO support, they said DxO PhotoLab includes DeepPRIME. I want to upgrade my DXO Elite 5 to Elite 6.Īccording to the website: DxO PureRAW is not included in DxO PhotoLab, however DxO PhotoLab ELITE Edition offers all the features of DxO PureRAW: RAW demosaicing, Denoising, Optical Corrections, Export Features, and Comparison. ![]()
